3DVERB® is a binaural audio renderer designed to deliver a realistic binaural audio experience at a small computational cost. The 3DVERB® algorithm can handle any number of sound sources and simulates the direct sound and up to eight early reflections per source as well as diffuse reverberation.
Possible applications include video games, teleconferencing, auditory displays, music reproduction, perceptual research, etc. Currently, the 3DVERB® algorithm is available as a stand-alone library. Plugins for various standards are under development. For detailed specifications and licensing options, please contact us.
You want to use high quality, interactive binaural audio in your application? MNSP can help you with that. Please contact us for further information.
For some applications, a standard rectangular room model is not enough. MNSP can build custom reverberators according to your specifications (e.g. based on a 3D model, room impulse responses, etc.).
MNSP has experience in designing digital allpass filters, in particular for efficient and coloration-free decorrelation.
